Return & Exchange Policy



To provide you with a valuable and hassle-free shopping experience we have a 24hrs return & exchange policy, which means you have 24hrs after receiving your item(s) to request a return/exchange. Video Proofing while unboxing is necessary.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Video Proofing while unboxing is necessary.
  • For exchange of size/product, you must return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will send you a new item.
  • Requests for exchanges and refunds must take place through generating a formal request at our Whatsapp number 00971504504831
  • We will begin the exchange or return process once we receive the product back from the customers.
  • The return and the exchange processes will only be conducted and carried forward after conducting a thorough inspection of the product.
  • We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receiving.
  • If the product that has been returned to us is worn or used in any way, we will not initiate the exchange or the return process. The customer will additionally need to pay courier charges for receiving the product back through delivery.
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via courier for the exchange or return requests to progress and proceed.

We will bear the shipping cost in the following cases;

  • The product received does not match the product ordered.
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product sent to you is different from what you ordered.


We apologize but in all the other cases, you will be responsible for bearing the cost of sending the item back to us for exchange/refund.
